Lang is the award-winning post-top luminaire designed by Light Bureau - part of AFRY. Lang is a design tool that allows creative control of light: its two independent sources, with four different light distributions, generate a luminous flux ranging from 1,500 to 15,000 lm, while the "blade" can be customised to enhance the identity of a place.
Lang can be ordered with or without the blade, whose design can be customised.
Lang features two light sources positioned side by side. Each source can be configured with a different light distribution and output, offering maximum flexibility and customisation in a single luminaire.
Applications: two lighting fixtures in one
Lang's two light sources not only minimize the shadow cast by its structure but also allow for infinite configurations. Lang is available in Basic, Ready, or Pro versions.
Basic
The Basic version is equipped with a single light source and can be used whenever the area adjacent to the one to be illuminated must remain dark or does not require lighting. Available light distributions: symmetric and asymmetric, types II, III, IV, V. The luminous flux ranges from 2,500 to 7,500 lm.
Ready
The Ready version is equipped with both light sources and a shared driver. This version is available in five standard configurations selected among the most commonly used. The four distributions have been already combined together whilst ten different luminous outputs for each source can be selected and adopted. The flux ranges from 5,000 to 15,000 lm.
Pro
The Pro version is fully customisable. The two light sources can differ in terms of distribution, output, and intensity, offering lighting professionals complete creative freedom. The independence of the two sources and drivers makes it equivalent to having two separate luminaires mounted at different heights. Two screen options are available: clear or prismatic glass. Lumen output ranges from 1,500 to 15,000 lm.
